Return & Refund Policy
The HawaDigital company does not carry out any exchanges or returns except in the cases mentioned below:
If the buyer withdraws, the refund can take place within 48 hours after receipt of the product only at the point of sale located in Nice as well as by post, the refund requires that the product is intact as well as its box. Reimbursement can take place once a Hawa Digital representative has verified the product.
If the product is defective upon receipt of the product, the refund request must be supported by a video and a photo within 24 hours after receipt of the product.
If the product is broken by the user, no refund can be given.
The 48 hours and 24 hours are calculated from the day of receipt of the package, until a complaint is sent by e-mail or telephone.
